You’ve probably heard the story about the employer who dumped 91,500 sticky oily pennies on his former employee’s driveway. The man owns a Georgia auto repair shop and was retaliating against a former employee who had complained that he hadn’t received his final paycheck of $915. Now, the US Department of Labor is suing the shop owner saying that “Workers are entitled to receive information about their rights in the workplace and obtain the wages they earned without fear of harassment or intimidation.”
