Worcester Board of Health drops city’s indoor mask mandate effective Feb. 18th
Get ready to go mask-less in Worcester as a motion to drop the city’s mask mandate was passed the board by a 3-2 vote Monday night. Businesses and colleges can request dropping the mandate even earlier as long as 90% of employees or students are vaccinated.
Worcester joins other cities/towns who are adjusting their mask mandates including Mansfield and Canton.
The CDC has reported that Covid cases are down 53.1% from their peak on Jan. 15.
