I’m addicted to Wordle and I love music so I had to try Heardle!

There are a lot of Wordle spinoffs, but this is the first one I’ve tried because you have to use your music knowledge to solve it so I played today (Thursday, March 24th) for the first time.  NO SPOILERS, but I got it on the third listen.

Heardle calls itself “a respectful homage to Wordle, with a musical twist.”  Here’s how you play according to the Heardle website: “Listen to the intro, then find the correct artist & title in the list.  Skipped or incorrect attempts unlock more of the intro.  Answer in as few tries as possible and share your score!”

I did two skips today to reveal enough of the intro to get the right song.  When I guessed correctly it said, “You’re a star!  You got today’s Heardle within 4 seconds.” I definitely need to add playing Heardle to my morning routine right after I solve the daily Wordle.

You can try Heardle yourself here.

They retweeted  Questlove playing Heardle #8 and getting it right on the first listen… I would expect nothing less from this DJ/Music extraordinaire!

Heardle - That daily musical intros game

Guess the song from the intro in as few tries as possible.
