But it turns out they're NOT legally married, because they never got a marriage license. They DID have an Elvis impersonator officiate the ceremony. Apparently they never even applied for one. TMZ originally reported the news but then backtracked when it came out it wasn't real. A source says they will be planning a very elaborate wedding. When they actually marry for real, it'll be Kourtney's FIRST marriage, even though she has three kids with SCOTT DISICK. It'll be Travis' third. He has two kids with ex-wife SHANNA MOAKLER.
