Nantucket votes in favor of its beaches to go TOPLESS
The annual town meeting was last night and after debating the measure of all people being able to go topless, it was eventually passed with a vote of 327-242. As of right now, anyone who intentionally exposes their genitals can be charged with open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior. You could get up to 3 years in prison and a fine of up to $300. This new measure would prevent that although it’s NOT in effect just yet. It will still need a favorable review by the state’s Attorney General before it goes into effect. So in other words, don’t take your clothes off just yet Nantucket. However, if you want to, here is a list of some beaches nationwide you can bare it all!
