Kid Cudi Announces The First Single From His Upcoming Album ‘Entergalactic’

Kid Cudi has been teasing Entergalactic for about three years but now it seems as though the rapper will finally let fans into his highly anticipated project.

The "Day 'n' Nite" rapper tweeted that the first single will be arriving shortly,"DO WHAT I WANT" Friday its all happening... the beginning."

Cudi also shared his excitement for the release of "Do What I Want," "Do What I Want was the first song I did w Day Trip and I locked in w them heavy shortly after to make MOTM3. Im really happy ull finally get to hear it."

His announcement comes after he previously teased the project back in January tweeting that Entergalactic is “the greatest piece of art Ive ever made” back in January. He added, “I am so sooo f----- proud of this show. U have no idea what ur in for. 3 years in the making. Id say watch the show first then consume the album.”

Back in 2019, Cudi revealed that he was working on an animated Netflix series that was based on Entergalactic. However, the rapper has been very hush about the project. The Hollywood Reporter previously stated that Entergalactic is an adult-focused series that “follows a young man on his journey to discover love.” There has been no additional word on if the animated series is still in the works.
