Rapper Lil Tjay is undergoing emergency surgery after being shot, gossip site TMZ reports.
Law enforcement sources told the outlet that “Tjay was shot just after midnight Wednesday (June 22) in Edgewater, NJ. The extent of his wounds and his condition have not been revealed.”
The shooting reportedly happened at two different sites–a Chipotle restaurant and a nearby Exxon gas station.
The outlet reports that the victim at the Chipotle was shot several times and the second victim at the Exxon was shot once. Lil Tjay is reported to be the first victim while the identity of the second victim is unknown at this time.
The suspect or suspects are currently at large and have not been brought in by police at this time.
