Kanye’s Yeezy Gap line is in stores for the first time today; it’s making its debut in New York City’s Time Square Gap. The pop-up event took place today (July 21) at Gap’s Manhattan flagship store starting at 10 a.m.
“Gap’s Time Square flagship store has been reengineered and distilled to its most essential form in Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga’s vision of utilitarian design,” a press release reads.
It continues, “The entry into Gap stores fulfills the vision to deliver Yeezy Gap design on a larger scale. The first release of the Yeezy Gap Engineered by Balenciaga Collection is available globally for purchase.”
In addition to the pop-up opening, Gap shared a video teasing the big event on Instagram.
Chicago, Los Angeles, and Miami are rumored to be next on the bill for a Yeezy Gap pop-up with other locations around the U.S. to follow.
