More Real Housewives Drama
I’m the official spokesperson for any Real Housewives drama on Hot 969. My shows to watch on television are the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Potomac. Ultimate Girls Trip is a spin off which puts Housewives from other franchises together to create more drama. Former Real Housewives of Potomac star Monique Samuels conducted an interview with Peacock which stated that she declined to be on Ultimate Girls Trip.
Ultimate Girls Trip puts The Real Housewives in one house for a week. Many of the women on the show get drunk and act a fool. That was the reason why Samuels declined to be on the show. “It just wasn’t what I wanted to do. I didn’t feel like I could be the same Monique that people were accustomed to seeing anymore when it came to that particular franchise and that particular network, because there was so much toxicity there.”
Samuels had the opportunity to be on several seasons of Ultimate Girls Trip but added that she “did not want to be in a position where [she] was expected to bicker and argue with a bunch of women. I’ve never watched any of the Girls Trip shows that they do. All I knew was at that time when Andy [Cohen] asked me, I just had no desire to be back on that network.” Samuels was trying to prevent fighting with other Housewives such as Candice Ballard.
Samuels hasn’t left her reality television career. She currently is on Love & Marriage: DC. The show isn’t as good as the Real Housewives. Potomac needs her back.
