If you're looking for a new job, the MBTA is hiring. The T has announced an "aggressive" hiring campaign hoping to address its staffing issues. To help, they're boosting their sign-on bonus to $7,500 dollars.

Previously, the sign-on bonus was $4,500 for new bus operators only. Now, the $7,500 bonus has been expanded to include: bus operators, rail repairers, track laborers, streetcar operators, subway train operators, service technicians, and fuelers.
