Drake: How To Score Free Chicken On His Birthday
Drake is helping out all of his “dogs” on his birthday. Dave’s Hot Chicken is celebrating the rapper’s 37th birthday by giving away free chicken. Back in 2021, the Certified Lover Boy artist invested in the growing chicken chain.
“He’s (Drake) our most famous investor and the fact that he wants to give something back to fans by letting everyone try Dave’s Hot Chicken on him, that says it all,” said Dave’s Hot Chicken’s CEO Bill Phelps per USA Today.
In order to get your free chicken slider or tender you must follow a couple of rules. First, you have to visit a participating Dave’s Hot Chicken on Tuesday, Oct. 24 (aka Champagne Papi’s birthday) between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time.
Make sure you have the Dave’s Hot Chicken app downloaded, as customers will be asked to scan the app before ordering. You can choose between a chicken slider or tender and any of the spice levels that the restaurant offers.
If you choose to participate in the free chicken from Dave’s, you must claim it in person. Third-party apps such as DoorDash, UberEats, or GrubHub cannot be used to claim the free chicken.
Check out all of the participating locations on Dave’s Hot Chicken official website.
Drake Releases For All The Dogs
When Drake is not giving out free chicken, he’s chefing it up in the studio. The rapper scored his 13th No. 1 after his latest album For All The Dogs topped the Billboard 200. The project included guest appearances from SZA, Teezo Touchdown, 21 Savage, J. Cole, Bad Bunny, PartyNextDoor, Chief Keef, Sexxy Red, Yeat, and Lil Yachty. The project was released on Oct. 6. His song with J. Cole, “First Person Shooter,” also scored the rapper his 13th No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. He is now tied with Michael Jackson in fourth place on this list of artists with the most No. 1 hits.
