Joel Libed had just visited the Spam museum in Minnesota and he was gifted several cans of Spam. It actually ended up being 15 pounds of the canned meat in several different flavors. Joel says he was completely embarrassed when the incident happened but explained that he loves the meat so much he just had to have it. He did not get in trouble however Joel definitely had some explaining to do. It seemed as if there were 10 cans in Joel's bag and TSA had to do a simple security check to ensure safety but they did let him through.
Joel's TikTok video has been viewed over 5 million times
Joel captured the entire shakedown of TSA on TikTok. His video has since been viewed over 5 million times. He considers himself a Spam ambassador and has actually gotten the attention of the Spam company with his viral video. They've been sending him Spam swag and boxes of meat for some time now and Joel wants to use that to become an official Spam social influencer.
Here is Joel's original Spam video that has now surpassed over 5.1 million followers.
Angriest airports Boston Logan: Traveling can be one of the most frustrating experiences. Getting on a plane could also be particularly frustrating. Many of us fly because it's more convenient and faster for us to get where we're going. Many times, we are flying to get to an event like a wedding or a cruise. This would make any sort of flight delay a little inconvenient for us, thus causing us to get ANGRY. What do we do in 2023 when we get angry? We go on Twitter to complain, many times tagging the airport and/or airline to get their attention so we can get some sort of compensation. It is with this information, that the survey of the angriest airports in America was taken.
Forbes came out with the list earlier this month and are using strictly Twitter analysis to determine its findings. A few things they discovered: More than half of people who tag an airport in a tweet are angry. The three most used words in those tweets are delay, security and hours. The least angry passengers come from Indianapolis, Seattle-Tacoma and Kansas City airports.
Over 37,000 tweets were analyzed in the month of March to determine the findings of this survey and the 60 busiest airports were determined based on the number of passenger boardings. So where does Boston Logan airport come in on this list of 60 airports? You'll have to keep scrolling to find out. Either way, there was only one other airport in New England that actually appeared on the list and that was Bradley International Airport in Hartford. Bradley landed at #30 so right in the middle of angriest airports. 52% of the tweets coming in from Bradley were angry with the most common used words being: Travelers, Security, Bag, Expanding, Canceled.
