According to the police report, police responded to a fight on a yacht in a marina near Miami Beach. Upon arrival, cops say they encountered Travis, 33, who they reported was arguing with occupants. During the party, the staff was trying to get him to leave, but he refused, so the person who reported him told the cops to escort him away.

As the police started to escort Travis away from the boat, they claimed he was yelling obscenities at the people aboard. Cops said Travis, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, told them if he got into the car, he was "gonna catch a fade." Apparently, after the artist was driven away, he returned five minutes later, trying to get back onto the yacht.

Unsure of how he escaped a police vehicle, but according to the report, police intercepted him before Scott could get back on the boat. By this point, Travis apparently became "erratic and belligerent," which escalated his removal to an arrest. Per the police report, the father of two smelled of alcohol, so he was arrested for the "minor charge" of disorderly intoxication.

He reposted his mugshot on his Instagram Stories with some photoshopped headphones and shades. Over on his X (formerly Twitter) account, the rapper had more to say. In one post, he simply wrote: "Lol." He followed that up with another one that proclaimed: "6 days to circus Maximus tour. For the record I’m going. Ham."

Of his tour, he is scheduled to perform in Europe, with his first stop being in the Netherlands on Friday, June 28th. Through July and a little bit of August, he is set to hit countries like Poland, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

Last month, Travis was fighting with his ex's ex in Cannes, France. Tyga, who dated Kylie Jenner on and off for a decade, fought with his best friend, Alexander "AE" Edwards against Tyga with their assistants joining in.

As we previously reported, Scott was sentenced to face a jury trial over the Astroworld Lawsuits, a judge ruled after ten people who attended his 2021 festival were killed in a crowd surge. The trial is currently set to take place in September, according to AP News.
