Mary J. Blige is gearing up for a tour next year, but before hitting the road, she’ll have new music to share. Her 15th studio album is set to drop before the year ends. During her appearance on Sherri on Monday (Sept. 23), Blige announced the For My Fans Tour, which will feature support from R&B stars Ne-Yo and Mario.

“When it’s all said and done, it’s never all said and done, I owe my fans a gratitude I can’t put into words, so I put it into a show. The For My Fans Tour coming soon, see you there,” she posted on Instagram.

Blige revealed on Sherri that the North American tour will begin in January. “If you are a Mary J. Blige fan, this is for you,” she said. “Thank you.”

Fans can sign up for the artist pre-sale on Ticketmaster, which is open through Thursday night (Sept. 26), with the official pre-sale starting on Oct. 1. While the exact dates and venues haven't been confirmed yet, Blige will perform in cities including Atlanta, Boston, Buffalo, Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, New York City, Newark, Tampa Bay, Toronto, Washington, D.C., and more.

Fans will have a couple of months to get familiar with her new album, Gratitude, which is set for release before the holiday season.

“I have a new album coming in November. Nov. 15, it’s called Gratitude because that’s where I am,” she shared. “Look at my life right now, I’m in a constant state of gratitude. I feel good, I have jobs and opportunities, I’m healthy, my family’s healthy, I got people around that care and love me, and I have amazing fans.”

On Oct. 19, Mary J. Blige will be honored as part of the 2024 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class. “Beyond grateful!!!!!! This is incredible!!!,” Blige wrote after the news was announced on Sunday’s episode of American Idol.
