GloRilla ended 2024 on a high note and is starting 2025 with the same energy. She’s the most nominated musician at the NAACP Image Awards, with six nominations, including Outstanding Female Artist, Outstanding Album, and Outstanding Hip Hop/Rap Song.

Right behind her are Kendrick Lamar, Doechii, and Usher, who each have four nominations. Doechii is also competing with GloRilla in the Outstanding Female Artist category, along with Beyoncé, Coco Jones, and H.E.R. Kendrick Lamar is in the running for Entertainer of the Year, a category that also includes Cynthia Erivo, Keke Palmer, Kevin Hart, and Shannon Sharpe.

The NAACP Image Awards honor achievements in music, TV, film, books, and podcasts. Ayo Edebiri and Keke Palmer also scored four nominations each. Edebiri earned three for her role in The Bear and one for her appearance on Saturday Night Live. Palmer’s nominations include hosting Password, voice-acting in The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy, and her podcast Baby, This is Keke Palmer.

In the film category, Netflix’s The Piano Lesson leads with 14 nominations. For television, Peacock’s Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist tops the list with nine nominations.

Fans can vote for their favorites on the NAACP Image Awards website until February 7 at midnight ET. The winners will be revealed during the 56th NAACP Image Awards, airing live on February 22 from the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on BET and CBS. The night before, winners in non-televised categories will be honored at the Image Awards Creative Honors Ceremonies.
