Shake Shack to Make Cape Cod Debut in 2025
Shake Shack, the popular burger chain, is set to open its first Cape Cod location this year. The new Cape Cod Shake Shack will open at 790 Iyannough Road at The Landing at Hyannis.
“We are thrilled to expand our dining offerings and welcome Shake Shack to Hyannis this year,” said Bryan Furze, senior vice president of leasing for WS Development, which manages The Landing.
“Shake Shack’s opening at The Landing adds an exciting new option for both locals and visitors with a menu perfect for all cravings. Whether guests are dining in for a relaxed, family-friendly meal or grabbing a quick bite to go, Shake Shack serves up a friendly, welcoming, and flavorful experience for all,” Furze added in a statement released to the Patch of Barnstable-Hyannis.
The Shake Shack will join several new businesses that have opened at The Landing, including Whole Foods and SkinMD. Nordstrom Rack and Warby Parker are slated to join The Landing in 2025.
Founded in 2004, Shake Shack opened in New York City’s Madison Square Park and has grown to more than 570 locations. These locations include 370 establishments in 34 states and the District of Columbia, and over 200 international spots across London, Singapore, Tokyo, and other locales.
