Tigerbaby is the counter service version of Faison's restaurant, Tiger Mama. Tiger Mama opened in the Fenway in 2015 and closed in 2021. Now, she's back with a new version for us to enjoy again.
Tigerbaby Opens in Boston
Faison sways the concept draws from her time of running Tiger Mama. The restaurant served a fusion of Southeast Asian cuisine. Tigerbaby's opening menu will be serving up a mixture of Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. It will also infuse more Eastern Asian influences. Customers can enjoy dishes like Thai basil chicken, black pepper beef, and Vietnamese cold coffee.
“Tigerbaby is an opportunity to continue to cook in a vernacular that I love, as are all of our spaces, but this one feels like reuniting with a family member I haven’t seen in a while,” Faison said to Boston.Com.
The new restaurant will be a quick and easy food spot for customers to visit. The carry-out style restaurant will allow customers to enjoy agreat bite on the go.
Tigerbaby will be open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Wednesday and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Thursday to Saturday. They will be closed on Sundays.
