Beasley Media Group Boston Cluster Cash contest

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

These rules apply to the Beasley Media Group Boston Cluster Cash Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WROR-FM, WBQT-FM & WKLB-FM (each a “Station,” collectively the “Stations”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at each Station’s website www.wror.com, www.hot969boston.com, and www.country1025.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER

2025. The Contest will begin on Monday, March 3, 2025 and end on Friday, March 28, 2025.
2026. To enter, listen to each Station each weekday beginning Monday, March 3, 2025 and ending on Friday, March 28, 2025 between the hours of 09:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and 05:00PM ET for the announcement of a unique Contest keyword (“Keyword”). Each announcement will have a unique Keyword. Once an entrant hears the Keyword, entrant may enter via one of the following methods:

2000. Text the Keyword to 855-485-2000. Message and data rates may be charged by your wireless carrier. The Station is not responsible for any fees incurred by you for this method of entry. Text message and any mobile device entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the mobile account submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the text or mobile telephone number by a telecommunications provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning such numbers. By initiating a text message to the Station in this contest, you also expressly consent to the receipt of a reply message confirming your entry and notification via call/text if you are selected to be a winner.
2001. Visit www.wror.com, www.hot969boston.com or www.country1025.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form including the Keyword. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator.

1. Each entry window shall close at the start of the fifteenth (15^th) minute after the Keyword is announced, regardless of when the Keyword airs (each an “Entry Period”). Keywords will be announced on each Station at similar times. Following each Entry Period, the Stations will conduct a random drawing from the combined text message and online entrants who provided the correct Keyword to the Stations during that Entry Period (the “Entry Period Pool”), and one (1) potential prize winner will be randomly selected and notified by telephone promptly following the random drawing.  

1. Entrants may enter only once per Entry Period, regardless of Station entrant was listening to at the time of entry and regardless of method of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same telephone number or email address. Entrants are not permitted to use multiple telephone numbers or email addresses. Any text message or online entries received after fifteen (15) minutes or with the incorrect Keyword will be disqualified. A listener may only win once during the Contest, and only one (1) winner per household is permitted during the Contest.

1. There will be up to a total of twenty (20) winners selected in this multi-Station Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
3. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in MA, NH and RI, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

1. PRIZES

500. Up to twenty (20) prizes will be awarded in this multi-Station Contest. Each prize consists of five hundred dollars ($500) awarded in the form of a company check issued in the name of the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $500.
501. No check will be awarded, processed or mailed until winner has claimed the prize at the Station, presented all required documentation, and signed all required releases and tax forms. Checks will then be issued within approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks following confirmation of eligibility and completion of all requisite releases and IRS forms.
502. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the office of the Station located at 1075 Main Street, Suite 300, Waltham, MA 02451, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

1. SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. Up to twenty (20) total winners will be selected as described above and will be notified by telephone. Non-selected entries will not automatically rollover into any subsequent random drawings, if any.

1. Odds of winning depend on the combined number of text message and online entries received from all Stations for each Keyword’s Entry Period.

1. Entrants must listen to a Station to acquire the Keyword to enter but need not be present to enter or win.

1. Winner must confirm acceptance of prize within one (1) day of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries from that respective Entry Period Pool.

1. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

5. CONDITIONS

1. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at respective station websites: www.wror.com, www.hot969boston.com and www.country1025.com.

1. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at station websites: www.wror.com, www.hot969boston.com and www.country1025.com.  

1. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 1075 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02451, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
