A man started a huge fire while trying to cremate his dog. Canadian city staff apologized after an adult video was shown in city chambers. In Tulsa a student brought a radioactive rock to school. A mail boat tried rescuing a swimmer trying to swim across a river from Canada to the US. Police arrested a man that jumped on cars, broke the doors to a giant, and threw salsa at customers.
