Today marks the 15 year anniversary of the iPhone. It was January 29th, 2007 that Steve Jobs released its first generation smart phone that will change the way we communicate forever. The phone was built around a touch screen and allows us to connect to Wi-Fi to send emails, get text messages, make phone calls, play music, take pictures and so much more. Apple has annually released new iPhone models and iOS updates. As of November 1, 2018, more than 2.2 billion iPhones had been sold. There have been ongoing debates over the years too if you own an iPhone or an Android phone. As far as everyone on The Getup Crew, we all have iPhones. Which is a great thing so no one screws up the group chats. Are you team iPhone or team Android? Either way, we thought it’d be fun to revisit every single iPhone model from the phone’s inception. How many of these phones have you personally owned? We will be listing the MAIN model phone (not the alternate versions like the C, the S or the E).
