Costco has added two new items to its food court menu. It’s not very often Costco makes changes like this and it has shaken fans to their core. Items on the Costco food court menu are relatively cheap. You can buy a hot dog for $1.50 and a hot turkey sandwich for $3.99. Oh and you can also get a 20 ounce drink for ONLY $0.59! For a long time, Costco didn’t make any changes or additions to their menu which is why people are extremely excited about these two new additions. Let’s take a look at the two new menu items that are taking the world by storm.
The first one is a new ice cream flavor. Unfortunately for chocolate lovers, it’s not that. For the first time since well before the pandemic. Costco is now offering strawberry flavored ice cream. The price is the same as a vanilla flavored cup: $1.99. You can also get a swirl of vanilla and strawberry. You can also add strawberry or chocolate toppings for an additional $0.50.
The second addition to the Costco food court menu is a roast beef sandwich that is indeed a tad pricey. For $9.99, you can get a roast beef sandwich features sliced roast beef, onion relish, a mayonnaise/mustard blend with lettuce, roasted cherry tomatoes and red onions on an artisan roll. The sandwich is large enough that it can actually feed two people.
It is not clear if Costco will start bringing some of its old popular menu items back in the coming weeks. Some have been wanting its acai bowl, a beef chili cup, a turkey provolone sandwich to make their returns. Many hope that with the addition of these two new menu items there may be more added soon.
