There are certain things more important than the game of football and health is one of them. In last night's Buffalo vs. Cincinnati game, a vicious tackle has landed an athlete in the hospital fighting for his life. Damar Hamlin tackled Bengals Wide Receiver Tee Higgins. He stood up and immediately fell back down. Team doctors rushed to his aid and administered CPR for close to 10 minutes where initial reports are he suffered cardiac arrest. Players were visibly shaken up watching what unfolded. After a long break, Hamlin was taken to the nearest hospital in an ambulance and play was initially suspended and later postponed. No word yet when the game will be played but all of that isn't what's important right now. The entire football world is saying prayers for the health of Mr. Hamlin in hopes he'll recover. Below are tweets and reactions from the football world and beyond including one from Skip Bayless which has many calling for him to be fired.
