The 2024 NFL Draft is over, and here in New England it’s all about the Patriots getting a new quarterback. With the third pick, the Pats took Drake Maye from the University of North Carolina. Besides all that excitement, it was also time to shine for the players who came out dressed to impress. Here are some of the fabulous fashion fits from the red carpet.

The Patriots And The 2024 NFL Draft

It was a big night for our New England Patriots. Since the departure of Tom Brady, it’s been rough in the quarterback position. But Pats fans were feeling a little bit of hope and light at the end of the tunnel after choosing a quarterback with the #3 pick. Drake Maye is from the University of North Carolina. He’s only 21 years old, and was the 2022 Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Year. And for people who keep up with physical stats, he’s 6’4″, 223 pounds with a 6’4″ wingspan.

Players Come Dressed To Impress

I know that the Met Gala, Oscars, Grammys, and other award shows get all the love when it comes to fashion. But based on what we’ve seen recently, it’s time to take notice of the interesting, memorable, and fabulous fashion from the top draft picks. It’s an exciting time for these young men when they’ll find out where they’ll be going and how much their lives are going to change. But before they step on the stage to hold up the jersey, and put on the hat of their new team, they walk the red carpet.

New Year, New Fashion

The 2024 NFL Draft did not disappoint. We were treated to looks that were classic, shiny, some colorful, other memorable, and still more unique. It was a great night for both the players, their families and friends, and those of us who can’t wait to see what people are wearing.

Here are some of the best looks of the night at the 2024 NFL Draft.

  • Drake Maye - #3 Pick - New England Patriots

Whether you think his look was fierce or not, we have to include our new quarterback Drake Maye. As a low key sneakerhead, I’m going to give him points for his kicks. He’s from the University of North Carolina so the colors were a nod to his college. Pats nation is feeling hopeful and we wish Drake the best of luck. Welcome to New England!

  • Darius Robinson - 27th pick overall - Arizona Cardinals

Darius Robinson was the 27th overall pick in the draft, and was the Arizona Cardinals second of their first-round picks. He comes from Missouri where he was the first in his family to go to college. I love his look. It was both colorful and classic at the same time. But it was enough for him to stand out in the crowd.

  • Caleb Williams - #1 pick - Chicago Bears

Someone has to be #1 and this year it was Caleb Williams. He’s from USC and was selected by the Chicago Bears. The QB won the Heisman Trophy in 2022 when he threw for 4,537 yards, 42 touchdowns and only 5 interceptions in 500 pass attempts. As far as his fashion, there were a lot of haters in the comments about his outfit, but I like it. It’s different and may seem a little more casual, but I really like the embellishment on the pocket. Congrats to Caleb on being the #1 pick.

  • Terrion Arnold - 24th overall pick - Detroit Lions

Terrion Arnold of the Alabama Crimson Tide was the 24th pick overall. He went to the Detroit Lions. He was dressed by Tom Marchitelli of Gentleman’s Playbook who makes custom menswear. The designer says that the idea of the jacket came from Arnold himself. This one was definitely personal which I definitely appreciate. One side of the jacket has a picture of Arnold when he played youth football, along with a family photo. The other side had the acronym LANK which meant Let All Naysayers Know. It was Alabama’s team motto last season. It also included his college jersey number.

  • Marvin Harrison Jr. - #4 overall pick - Arizona Cardinals

Marvin Harrison Jr. from Ohio State was the #4 overall pick in the draft by the Arizona Cardinals. In addition to the sparkle and shine in his Louis Vuitton suit, Harrison wore a special necklace. It was an image of his father, Indianapolis Colt Marvin Harrison Sr. Here’s a closer look at the medallion.

  • Dallas Turner - #17 overall pick - Minnesota Vikings

Dallas Turner (great name by the way), was the 17th overall pick. He was chosen in the first round by the Minnesota Vikings, and is only the second Alabama player drafted in a first round by Minnesota. I gotta give him a place on the list just based on the color alone. I love that he chose something that felt a little “spring-y.” Can’t lie, I’m not a huge fan of those sneakers with this outfit, but I do still like the overall look.

  • Malik Nabers - #6 pick overall - New York Giants

Malik Nabers was the 6th overall pick by the New York Giants. The inside of Malik’s jacket paid tribute to his time at LSU. He finished off the look with a LEEK chain. I like it! I’m a big fan of custom outfits that have special meaning.
