Many of us have a problem. We don't know how to live life without "doing it for the gram." Yes, it's a problem, BUT it also allows us to get some really kickass pictures if you know where to go.

Boston, with it's 23 neighborhoods, has some of the most iconic views and landmarks. I'm sure you have at least some of them in your phone right now.

If you're going to take pictures for Instagram, there are some tips to help you take IG-worthy photos. Here are some great tips from Back Light Blog.

Step 1. Find an Instagram-worthy subject or scene (I got you below!)

Tip 1. Look for cool street art and murals

Tip 2. Use industrial, historic, or whimsical buildings in your photos

Tip 3. Instagram loves patterns and colors

Step 2. Tweak your iPhone Camera settings

Tip 1. Use natural light, not a flash

Tip 2. Portrait mode is your friend

Tip 3. Don’t use digital zoom

Step 3. Edit and retouch your Instagram photos

Tip 1. Develop a cohesive theme for your Instagram account

Tip 2. Choose a favorite photo editing app and stick with it

Tip 3. Don’t overdo it with filters or photo editing

Check out the Back Light Blog website for more in-depth details on the above.
