Taco Bell Is Testing Fish Tacos, Be Prepared To Travel

If you love fish tacos, start making a run for the border because Taco Bell will soon offer Crayfish Tacos.

PHILADELPHIA – DECEMBER 7: A man enters a closed Taco Bell restaurant at Franklin Mills Mall December 7, 2006 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Taco Bell restaurants in the Philadelphia area have closed voluntarily for testing, after five people who contracted an E. coli illness, dined at a Taco Bell restaurant before falling ill.

If you love fish tacos, start making a run for the border because Taco Bell will soon offer Crayfish Tacos.

Make sure you have your passport and a plane ticket though, because that border is the Pacific Ocean. The fast food chain has just unveiled their newest menu item at Taco Bell HQ, which will only be available for diners in Asia starting this August.

Foodbeast was invited to test one and says it contains at least a dozen crayfish per taco, with a 13 spice blend of aromatics. Asian locations are also getting some new items, including a Cheesy Taco Melt and a Volcano Naked Chicken Taco.

Have you tried the different fast food menu items in other countries? What was the strangest one your tried and from which chain?
