Mariah Carey’s ‘Caution’ Debuts at No. 1 On Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums
Congratulations to Mariah Carey, her new album, “Caution” has hit number one for the eighth time.
“Caution” is the first album released on Carey’s Butterfly MC label, she had 51,000 equivalent album units. Carey was in a three-way tie with Janet Jackson and Alicia Keys for the most number ones in the 54-year history of women on the charts.
Carey now sits at third behind Mary J. Blige and Aretha Franklin, who both have 10 chart-topping singles. Overall the Temptations hold the top spot with 16 number one records on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart.
