Cardi B Sued for $10 Million by Former Manager
Cardi B’s former manager, Klenord “Shaft” Raphael, filed a $10 million lawsuit in court yesterday alleging that “with actual knowledge of Cardi B’s exclusive management agreement with WorldStar, defendants Foster, QC, Lee, and Thomas, without justification, intentionally interfered with that agreement, thereby depriving WorldStar of the substantial income, benefits, and advantages it was entitled to receive under that agreement.”
In other words, he feels he helped Cardi get her career off the ground, then when she got famous, she dropped him.
Cardi tells another story. Cardi says Shaft was stealing from her…inflating fees and pocketing the difference.
Cardi B has yet to comment on the suit.
