Love This… Son Uses His Bucket Truck To “Visit” His Mother At Her Assisted Living Home!
I know that we’re all missing seeing our family members during the coronavirus social distancing rules, so this story made me smile!
According to WCVB 5, This Ohio son, who owns a tree service company, hasn’t been able to see his 80-year old mother at her assisted living facility because of coronavirus restrictions, so he used his bucket truck to surprise her and say hello at her 3rd floor window! He didn’t violate any social distancing rules and he did check with the facility and, “they thought it was a neat idea.”
Charley Adams said, “Her spirits were kind of down because she’s used to being able to get out, go places and do things. And so I just had the idea that I’d bring the bucket truck over,” Adams said. “I called her, and I told her to come look out the window — and there I was.”

Hang in there! This son went above and beyond, but I think that a simple phone call during these difficult times can lift someone’s spirits.
I know that these days people communicate primarily via text, but I’ve been making sure that I call my family members just to say hello and check on them on a regular basis. It makes ME feel better just to hear their voices, so I’m sure that your family and friends will appreciate hearing yours!
