Jay-Z’s New Docuseries About Trayvon Martin To Debut Next Month
Jay-Z’s new docuseries about Trayvon Martin is set to debut at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the series is titled, Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story, and will be shed light on one of the most controversial events that has happened in the last ten years.
According to Complex, the series is based on the book written by Trayvon’s parents titled, Rest in Power: The Enduring Life of Trayvon.
The series was executive produced by HOV himself with the help of Trayvon’s parents, Sybrina Fulton & Tracy Martin.
The screening will take place at NYC’s BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center on April 20th.
