The reality TV star and rapper wrote on Instagram Thursday (Mar. 21), “I apologize to all my fans for my current actions, I’ve been working really hard through my problems considering the challenges that’s been set before me since I’ve been home. I’ve done all that I can do on my own to shake my habits but I do realize that I need help and I am currently seeking treatment. Thank you, see you soon.”
Yesterday, TMZ reported that Lee showed up to court drunk, which landed Lee back in jail. The former LHHA star came to court in Cobb County for a hearing in her child abuse criminal case. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that when Lee showed up she appeared to be intoxicated, so the judge ordered her to get tested for drugs and alcohol immediately.
Lee’s BAC was 0.16, twice the legal limit, which was a violation of her bond causing her to be arrested on the spot.
Last October, Lee was arrested for stalking her daughter 24 hours after she allegedly slammed her into a school locker. Lee was booked for battery, aggravated assault, and child cruelty, which resulted in Lee being issued a court order to stay away from her daughter.
She violated the order by making contact with the child just three hours after getting out of jail.
