50 Cent Says He’s Not Ending ‘Power’ After Season 6: ‘I Changed My Mind’
Fans of Starz’s hit TV show Power, starring Omari Hardwick and 50 Cent were shocked when the network announced that the show would end after its sixth season.

However, two months after the announcement came, 50 Cent suggested that Power actually isn’t over.
On Tuesday, the multi-hyphenate took to Instagram to announce that the show will continue.
He shared a photo of himself wearing a red suit jacket and wrote “I Changed my mind. POWER is not going to be over after season 6. This sh*t is too good.”
Although the rapper and actor has served as an executive producer on the TV show, what he alluded to is interesting being that Carmi Zlotnik, Starz’s president of programming released a statement in May 2019, confirming that Power was coming to a halt.
“Season 6 brings us to the end of what we know is just the first chapter of the ‘Power’ story. However, as one chapter comes to an end, another will begin,” Zlotnik said in a statement. “Courtney Kemp and 50 Cent have created a world rich with complex and dynamic characters and there are a number of stories we plan to tell as we continue to explore and expand the ‘Power’ universe.”
Perhaps 50 is just trolling, per usual.
