Rob Kardashian Seeks Primary Custody of Dream After Alleging Blac Chyna ‘Is A Danger’ To Her
Rob Kardashian wants to gain primary custody of his daughter, Dream, that he shares with Blac Chyna. According to Kardashian, Blac Chyna is living wild and dangerously, as TMZ reports.
Kardashian recently filed legal documents to seek primary custody of Dream who is three-years-old.
According to the documents, Chyna parties regularly in her home with Dream present and invites strangers over to party with her. Kardashian also alleges that Blac Chyna is drunk a lot and snorts cocaine while making violent threats to people in her home.
Kardashian also claims that Dream’s behavior has changed for the worse, including her personal hygiene due to Chyna’s parenting. Kardashian says that Dream started “naked twerking, and acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her.”
Khloe Kardashian has also vouched for Rob’s claims in the documents, stating that she’s noticed behavioral changes in Dream when she has play dates with her cousins. Khloe claims that when Dream comes back from being with Chyna, she’s “more in defense mode” and is “decidedly more aggressive.”
In addition to primary custody, Rob wants Chyna to submit to drug and alcohol testing no less than 30 minutes prior to each visit with Dream. He also would like for the supervising nanny to be granted authority to end Chyna’s visits with Dream if there’s any violence. Blac Chyna has yet to respond to Rob’s filing.
