I’m not a cat person. I enjoy the company of a dog. Cats seem sneaky and snotty and I prefer video games that are more adult themed. For instance, Grand Theft Auto, Call Of Duty and Far Cry 6 are games that I enjoy playing.

There is a game that should be played by cat owners. The game is called Stray.  This is a new video game based on being a cat in a city. Consider this game as an open world game for a cat. Each level in the game uncovers new adventures in the big city. The game is from BlueTwelve Studio and Annapurna Interactive for Playstation 4 and 5. The video game looks realistic. Players play as a cat in a chaotic city.

This is an endless game that can be played for hours. People take on characteristics of cat during the game. Players make their cat meow, wander around outside, clean themselves, sleep a lot, scratch furniture, knock things off tables, eat. The cats are chased by objects that attack the cats and drain their power. One point in the game your cat will be dangling off a cliff. The game looks fun to play.

Parts of the game remind me of Tomb Raider but your a cat instead of a young women. There are many adventures to discover in the city. The gamer can customize your cat.  Inversise Gamer Reviews stated that “Stray is the best cat game ever made and is s serious GOTY contender.” According to metacritic, the website gave the game a 9.7 out of 10.

This game is so popular that real cats are attracted to the game. Houses cats are stuck watching the cats in the game. Gamers have posted their feline friends watching the game. Check out the videos below. If you have a cat, play the game and see if your cat will try to interact with the game.
