Every year, Revere Beach is the home of the International Sand Sculpting Festival. Over the three day festival, one million people graced Revere Beach and our very own Ramiro was one of them. He actually hosted the award ceremony that took place on Saturday. This year’s theme was “Wonders of the World” and Ramiro’s personal favorite sculpture was titled “Three Sisters” which actually took second place and the “Sculptor’s Choice Award.” Other goings on at the festival included fireworks, food trucks, food from all over the world and live entertainment.
