Nelly are worried about him after a performance of him in Australia went viral. The concert was on January 17th and fans said he looked happy, but was swaying his head in a strange way during his performance. A lot of fans were saying that he looked like he was on drugs or under the influence, with one fan saying, “Nelly is on another planet.” Another fan said “Nelly was HIGH AS EGGS at that festival in Australia lmao every video I see if his performing gets funnier and funnier.”
