Kanye West Wont Let “Red October” Go Without A Fight

The rapper just registered the trademark for exclusive rights.
According to TMZ, Kanye West has refiled for the exclusive rights to the 2013 brand. He had to refile because he missed some steps.
Nike released Air Yeezy’s in the Red October shade and they sold out within 11 minutes, according to HipHopDX.
Kanye and Nike did split up in 2013 and signed with Adidas, but we’ll see if he can get the rights and transfer it over to Adidas. Chances are it’s not gonna happen, but we’ll see if Yeezy can make some magic.
