Teyana Taylor Announces New Album,’The Album’
There’s exciting news for Teyana Taylor fans! On Thursday (May 7), the “We Got Love” singer made an announcement via Instagram that her new album, The Album, will be dropping in June.
Taylor shared the cover art for the forthcoming album where she channels Grace Jones appearing topless with gold pasties covering her nipples. She’s also wearing black patent leather pants and has her hair in a high-top fade.
Taylor’s neck is adorned with large gold jewelry with earrings, arm cuffs, and bracelets to match. “‘THE ALBUM’• June 2020,” Taylor wrote in the caption of her post.
The Album will serve as the follow up to Taylor’s 2018 sophomore album K.T.S.E. In 2019, Teyana Taylor dropped her singles “How Do You Want It” featuring King Combs, “Morning” featuring Kehlani, and “We Got Love” featuring Lauryn Hill, which all will appear on The Album.
