Oscar Mayer has a new line of “stuffed” hot dogs in stores nationwide.

They have three new stuffed hot dogs for summer.   So, instead of being filled with just meat . . . or whatever is inside hot dogs . . . you can get ones packed with cheese, chili cheese, or jalapeno cheddar.  An eight-pack will cost you around $5.

If you’re tired of the same old, hot dog that you have been eating since you were a kid, maybe it’s time to bite into something new. Admittedly, it’s easy to be skeptical about these cheesy hotdogs, but they sound like something worth trying. if you’re tired of the same old, hot dog that you have been eating since you were a kid maybe it’s time to bite into something new.

Most people are very particular about how they like their hotdogs to be cooked. For some, they want it as easy as just boiling them in hot water, and throwing them on the bun. There were those who enjoy a grilled hotdog, where the skin is bursting, open with flavor and sizzling to the bite. Some people enjoy hotdogs with natural casing, every time you bite into one it’s snaps.

This summer why don’t you give one of these three options a try? It could be the hit of the cookout. For me and my family we prefer the jalapeño stuffed hotdog. We enjoy spicy food and think that would be a delicious alternative to the usual hotdog. There’s no reason why you can’t type it with chili and cheese and onion if you really want to step up your game.

The snack shack recently expanded it’s brand, opening a full restaurant in Hanover, at Hanover Crossing. (They also have a concession at Hub Hall). Their chili dog is made with a Kayem all natural hot dog, it’s grilled and served on a toasted hot dog roll. Topped with chili and cheddar cheese and it’s a bargain, at under $6.

    The Scotty Dog sure looks like the real deal. It’s an old-school style, side of the road, hot dog stand. They earned 4.5 stars on Trip Advisor and fans rave about the Chicago style hot dogs. I had to look up exactly what that was. Apparently, Chicago style dogs are made with 100 percent authentic, Vienna-beef hot dog. That’s what you’ll find here.

    A Boston original, just like the Walhburg family. But the business is now all over the country, Find Massachusetts locations HERE. Wahlburgers is right around the corner, in Dorchester, at Logan Airport, in Springfield, Lynnfield, Hingham and by Fenway Park in Boston. Get your all-beef Pearl hot dog and slather it with “Mom’s Favorite” housemade chili. You are good to go.

    The quaint hot dog and ice cream shop, Maggie and Milo’s, is fairly new to Natick. It opened back in May and features dogs of all kinds. They have homemade turkey or veggie chili to top your dog. In addition to their all-beef dogs, plant based dogs and gluten-free buns are also available. How cute is this place?

For over 100 years, this popular spot has been dishing out delicious dogs.  This place has such a vibe, with an old school juke box, throwback wooden booths and the original neon sign. Their dogs are super reasonable, starting at just $2.57! You can add chili of course, or any of the many other toppings.
