There are 10 new Spirit Christmas locations opening in the Northeast. Is one going to be opening near you?
Spirit Halloween is already preparing for the holidays and it isn’t even Halloween yet. However, the storefronts will be sticking around and turning into a Spirit Christmas store for all your holiday needs. Now, the company announced it will be opening 10 new stores across the Northeast–including Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York.
Is A New Spirit Christmas Store Coming Near You?
You probably have seen the empty stores where Spirit Halloweens used to be. Nobody wants to shop for Halloween year round, it just doesn’t make sense! Now, something useful is coming to those empty storefronts with Spirit Christmas! 10 new locations will be coming to the Northeast across several states.
On its official website, Spirit Christmas advertises, “Discover thousands of stocking stuffers, holiday apparel, fun gifts, unique decor, plus all the special trimmings for creating an unforgettable Christmas.” So, where will these new locations be going? According to USA Today, they’ll be coming to:
- Waterford, CT – Crystal Mall, 850 Hartford Turnpike
- Dartmouth, MA – Faunce Corner Shopping Center, 65 Faunce Corner Mall Road
- Brick Township, NJ – Market Place at Brick, 465 NJ 70
- Marlton, NJ – 740 Route 73 South

USA Today reports that the Mays Landing, New Jersey location will open on October 18th and the other 9 locations are expected to open in early November. Not only can you buy all sorts of decorations and decor at Spirit Christmas, you can also get a free family photograph with Santa Claus! Those are ready to book now, per USA Today. This should be exciting! People love buying decorations and going all out for the holiday (no matter which holiday it is). Spirit Halloween is owned by Spencer Gifts and opened its first pop-up store in the Bay Area back in 1983.
It’s always such an eyesore to see the abandoned buildings where Spirit Halloween used to be so it will be nice to have something taking up the space, and something useful! Can’t believe it’s already time to start thinking about Christmas and holiday decorations when we aren’t even a week out from Halloween yet but that’s how it goes! My neighbors had Halloween decorations up on August 1st!
