Saweetie Announces New Project ‘Icy Season’ Ahead Of Debut Album
Saweetie has announced that she is releasing a new project titled Icy Season ahead of her highly-anticipated debut album Pretty B—- Music.
During a brand event last week, the “Best Friend” rapper shared that her 7-song project Icy Season is scheduled to debut on Jan. 7.
The “Tap In” rapper is having one great breakout year snagging two noms for the 2022 Grammy Awards, performing as the special musical guest on Saturday Night Live last month, and countless sponsorship opportunities including her own signature meal with McDonald’s.
“I’m speechless I wish I had the words to express how I feel but I’m just so grateful,” Saweetie wrote after receiving news of her Grammy nominations on Twitter. “Being acknowledged for all the hard work me & my team have been doing feels AMAZINNNNNG thank you #TeamIcy for stickin with me through thick and thin y’all some real ride or dies IKDR!!”
