I have been to every sporting event in town over the years, and I can honestly say this. I have never had a bad experience. It COULD be because I’m a Mass-hole. I don’t give out an out-of-town scent to our tribe. But if you’re from New Yooooorrk, at Fenway, it could get ugly.
Believe it or not, people are paid to research this.
According to Crestline:
Us baseball fans show support for their team in a variety of ways, from wearing their team’s apparel to yelling at the umpire. It’s no surprise that we are not all are always on our best behavior. We interfere with plays, yell at the players, and even get into brawls. But what makes an annoying baseball fan? Are fans of certain teams worse than others?
