Science has spoken and the list of the most handsome men in the world has been released. The list was put together by a British plastic surgeon by the name of Dr. Julian DeSilva. He based the list on the “Golden Ratio.” It’s a little involved and confusing, but basically it’s a concept that measures the symmetry of a person’s face to determine their apparent attractiveness.
The top 10 are based on what percentage of perfection a person’s face is, according to the Golden Ratio.
