Eminem Takes Down Intruder in His Home
Someone broke into Eminem’s house recently and Eminem himself was forced to take him down. Initially it was reported that he had a couple of security guys in front of his home inside a gated community in Detroit…and word is they fell asleep (although it later came out that that word was used figuratively so it was like they were “sleeping.”) 26 year old Matthew David Hughes used a paving stone to smash a kitchen window and climbed inside the house. An alarm went off, woke up Eminem who got up and found dude in his living room. Eminem was able to detain him til his guards came in the house. Apparently dude didn’t wanna steal anything he just wanted to talk to Eminem. He was arrested, and booked on charges of first-degree home invasion and malicious destruction of a building — both felonies.
