Priest goes viral for putting holy water in a squirt gun and blasting people in a drive-thru
YSCLOSKEY, LA - JULY 31: Father John Arnone pastor of St. Bernard and Our Lady of Lourdes stirs holy water to bless a boat for the 63rd Annual Blessing of the Fishing Fleet despite the BP oil spill which has stalled fishing this season in St. Bernard Parish, July 31, 2010 in Yscloskey, Louisiana. Traditional festivities associated with the blessing have been altered due to the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico such as a parade of boats, since most are responding to the cleanup efforts of the spill. Local churches are also not sponsoring any parties or official gatherings this year. (Photo by Cheryl Gerber/Getty Images)
A Catholic priest is certainly getting creative when it comes to blessing his parishioners. Father Tim Pelc from Detroit has been blasting people with holy water through a squirt gun in a drive-thru sort of format. All this while wearing a N95 mask, a plastic face shield and disposable gloves.
