TI arrested in Amsterdam: “They arrested me and didn’t even put me in handcuffs”

TI got arrested in Amsterdam yesterday. In a video recorded from a jail cell, TI says he was taken into custody for using his phone while riding a bike through town. He says he didn’t stop while crossing the street and his handlebar broke off a cop’s side mirror.
He posted another video after he got out saying he didn’t realize the dude who was tellin’ him to stop was the police sayin’ he was driving a white van and looked like a delivery driver. No word if he’s facing any charges.
