24/7 Wall Street determined that Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida is the most expensive college in the country. Tuition is currently $51,318 per semester. New York University (NYU) in New York City came in second place. Tuition there will currently set you back $50,991 per semester. Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California is #3 with a current tuition of $50,420. School of the Art Institute of Chicago comes in fourth. Then… here comes Massachusetts!
