Today is National Daughters Day and the GetUp Crew is celebrating. We’re celebrating the daughters of Ramiro and Leroy, as well as the two daughters on the show, Pebbles and Melissa. Ramiro has three daughters: 17-year-old Lily, 15-year-old Calla, and 5-year-old Lucy. Leroy’s daughter Princess is 22-years-old. Happy National Daughter Day!

I just love supporting them and letting them know that they can do ANYTHING they want, just as good or better than anyone else. And at the same time providing a point of view of things that they might not be considering in a situation.
I have 3 daughters (and 2 sons) so the biggest thing I’ve learned is that everyone is unique in their own way.
Leroy on the best thing about being the father of daughters
My daughter is my first born and I cried tears of joy when she entered the world. I was torn when I dropped her off at school for the first time, to the point I couldn’t drive home until I got myself together. The image of her in the back seat of the car while I drive us to North Carolina is something I can close my eyes and see clearly today.
She is my heart and will remain that until I die. She is intelligent, strong, beautiful, and overall a lovely adult today. I’m so proud of her and even though we literally talk 3-4 times a day, every moment fills my heart with joy. Princess I’ve said it a countless amount of times before, but I love you tremendously!
