Nicole Torres did it! She completed her third Boston Marathon run for Beth Israel yesterday in an AMAZING time of 4 hours, 29 minutes and 10 seconds. Her pre race breakfast: peanut butter and banana on english muffin and her post race meal: pizza. Also believe it or not, she IS going to work today after not sleeping at all last night.
