This is so cool!
Meek Mill loves giving back to the community. Meek along with his friends, Philadelphia 76ers partner Michael Rubin, DJ Khaled, Brooklyn Nets co-owner Clara Wu Tsai and Nets player Caris LeVert, took a large group of children and their families to the NBA Store in New York City for a shopping spree.
All of the children and their families who were invited have been affected by the mass incarceration problem in the United States. Meek planned this event through his REFORM Alliance organization that he created to help people who have been wrongly convicted of crimes.
After the shopping spree, courtesy of Robert Kraft, the children and their families were flown on a private Patriots plane to Gillette Stadium to watch Saturday’s game against the Bills. The group also got to meet Tom Brady.
