Post Malone writes 60% of his lyrics while he’s pooping

Post Malone has had a ton of hit songs that he’s written and until now we never really knew the inspiration behind these songs or where he comes up with his lyrics. In a recent interview he says he does the majority of his writing while he’s pooping.
“It’s my special zone, ’cause no one wants to come talk to you while you’re taking a s**t. No one, I don’t care who it is. I wouldn’t say it’s a hideaway as much as it’s an oasis.”
He adds that he poops for about an hour and a half to two hours everyday. He keeps a digital journal by the toilet so he can write. Catch the interview below:
